As the first quarter comes to an end so does fall sports. Almost all fall Varsity sport teams have made it into the playoffs. The Boys varsity soccer team made it to the second round of playoffs, but their season ended with a sad loss of 2-0. This year was Girls varsity soccer's first year in a new conference. They were unfortunately knocked out during their first game of playoffs. The Mineola Varsity football team makes it into playoffs for the first time in 4 years. Football’s first playoff game is Friday November 4th. The girls Varsity volleyball team is on their second round of playoffs playing Manhasset November 1st currently their record is 10-5 (wins to loses).
