We asked students at Mineola High School in Long Island, NY to sit down with us and discuss what the aftermath of the Parkland shooting meant to them and their school. We were moved by their maturity, intelligence, and willingness to open up and share their thoughts with us.
Thanks to Mineola High School for hosting us, teacher Drew Smith, Assistant Principal Heather Dvorak, Principal Dr. Whitney Smith and students (9th grade) Isabella Polanco, Jennifer Moglia, (12th grade) Chloe Katinas, Sebastian Domenech, Jake Lenze
The video runs 11 minutes, way over our usual 3 minutes maximum rule for video, but we are committed to listening to our students and knew that you would be too.
