With college costs continuing to rise, there is assistance available. If you are interested in serving your country and going to college, plan on attending one of two online information sessions about how the military can help pay for college and reduce student loan debt. These sessions will focus on Military Academies, college ROTC programs, as well as the GI Bill and EAP programs.
The program will be approximately 45 minutes in length and will run live at 11:30 am and 6pm on November 18th. Sign up using the link in Schoology or the EHS Counseling webpage.

NEWS INTRO

In today's news, it is officially election day and now americans have to choose between Trump or Biden. This election is said to be one of the most divisive presidential elections in decades. Nearly 100 million people have already cast their ballots in early voting, putting the country on course for its highest turnout in a century. The first polls open at 5:00 am in Vermont but since we live in Ephrata the polls open at 7:00 am. If you are registered to vote make sure you go out to where you are supposed to and vote. Every vote counts.

SPORTS INTRO
------------------------
Well, fall sports are almost all finished, so let's talk about pro sports...In an odd encounter on Sunday's Bears and Saints game after a play, Javon Wims punched C.J. Gardner-Johnson several times leading to the internet replacing the 2 players with various bobble heads including a "Karen" and store manager. Last night Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers narrowly won over the 1-6 NY Giants. The Giants failed to convert a 2 point conversion in the final minute of the game. The NFC east continues to struggle for wins leaving the division title open for the taking.
