Guess Who's Reading What - The Media Center is running a contest all week.  Stop by to see if you can guess which staff member is reading which book.  The display is located on the bulletin board as soon as you walk into the Library.  Place your answer sheet in the box provided.  The person with the most correct answers will win a prize at the end of the week.

The students traveling to Eberbach, Germany on the exchange this summer are making a calendar of Ephrata to give as gifts and we want to showcase your work.  Whether you took the picture for photography class or for an Instagram post, if you think you have a great shot, submit it for consideration.  Categories include: Local landmarks, seasonal scenery, and fun with friends.  Photographers with photos that are selected will get a free copy of the calendar and of course photo credit on the page.  Just remember that if your picture includes people, you will need permission from the person in the shot.  Submit entries at https://bit.ly/EEPhotoContest

(photo in email) Congratulations to Micah Bautista who is attending PMEA ALL State Honors Band this week.  During the 2022–23 school year, accomplished  high school music students across the state of Pennsylvania have diligently practiced and earn chairs in their district level band and then their regional level band to gain a seat in the all state music honor ensembles.  These most accomplished high school music students will take part in Pennsylvania Music Educators All State Ensembles 2023 being held at the Kalahari  Resorts and Conventions Center in the Poconos.  This event will include several rehearsals with the conductors and workshops with renowned clinicians. Each ensemble will perform in concerts on Saturday,  April 22.  Ensembles include the Symphony Orchestra, Concert Band, Wind Ensemble, Vocal Jazz,  and Jazz Ensemble.

Please remember to park in the parking garage and the address is on your tickets!
You will not be allowed into the prom with large bags like book bags only small purses or clutches.
If you leave the prom at any time there will be no re-entry.

This is a reminder to senior German students, that applications for the Friends of Eberbach award are due on Wednesday, April 19th to Frau Nace. The Friends of Eberbach seek to maintain and expand the relationship between Ephrata and her sister-city in Eberbach, Germany by fostering international understanding through exchange experiences in education, art, music, athletics and economic endeavors.

Voting for NEXT YEARS Student Council is taking place right now on Schoology and will continue until THIS WEDNESDAY April 19th.  Just check out your class group on Schoology to vote.  The link is there waiting for you.  Students should vote for your TOP 6 to represent your class for the 2023-2024 School Year. Again, Only 6 can be picked. You have until Wednesday April 19th at 11:15 pm to vote. At that time, the votes will be counted!!!! Good luck to all running. Yesterday, baseball won 9-0 vs Lebanon. Dillon Shortuse pitched into the 7th inning, striking out 9 and preserving the shutout victory. Volleyball won 3-0 vs West York, and softball won 17-1 at Lebanon. Ellie Meier struck out 9 while pitching for the huge victory margin. 
 
Also last night, the Ephrata Track and Field program traveled to E-town to face the Bears. Despite cold and windy conditions, both teams prevailed, preserving their perfect Section II records of 4 wins and 0 losses.

Boys: Ephrata 86 / Etown 64
Girls: Ephrata 83 / Etown 63
