This is a list of a couple Lebanese foods that my family and I will make and eat for holidays or special occasions.
Grape Leaves - olive oil, ground beef, salt, all spice, grain rice, cinnamon, 1 jar of grape leaves, lemon juice - It is finger food and it is served as an appetizer.
Baba Ghnoush - eggplant, lemon, garlic, tahini, sea salt - You would eat it with pita bread and it is served as an appetizer.
Tabbouleh - cucumber, tomatoes, parsley, bulgur, fresh mint, green onion, extra-virgin olive oil, lemon juice, clove garlic - You would eat it with a fork and it is served as an appetizer.
Hummus - chickpeas, tahini, garlic, cumin, lemon, paprika, olive oil, lemon juice - You would eat it with pita bread and it is served as an appetizer.
Kibbeh - fine bulgur wheat, water, onion, lean ground beef, allspice, coriander, coriander, black pepper, salt, oil - It is finger food and it is served as a main course
Knafeh - shredded phyllo, ricotta cheese, egg, sweet butter, granulated sugar, lemon juice, water, sugar, orange blossom water - It is finger food and it is served as a dessert
