Conestoga Valley High School is hosting their Annual College Night NOVEMBER 4th from 6 to 8 PM. There will be over 200 colleges, trade and technical schools represented, as well as seminars on How to Choose a College and Financial Aid.

In today’s news, the extremely unpopular extradition bill that lead to months of fiery protest in Hong Kong has been officially withdrawn. It is unclear whether or not the chaos in Hong Kong will continue, but it is assumed the protestors will continue to push for more democratic change.
On this day in history in 1739, the War of Jenkins’ Ear begins. A rather unknown war that occured during colonial times, this was a conflict ensued by British sea merchants in hope to defeat the Spanish and profit from their trade routes. And yes, a man named Jenkins did get his ear cut off, and yes, it was used as an excuse to start the war.

yesterday, Lady Mounts soccer won 1-0 against Hershey at home in the first round of districts Annie Slovak scored the lone goal for the Mounts.

All students interested in participating in winter sports signups are underway on Schoology. Available sports are: bowling, swimming, rifle, winter track & field, basketball and wrestling.

Open gyms for any girls interested in playing basketball this season will continue every Monday and Wednesday evening until the start of the season. For more information, please see Coach Cerullo.

Hey Dodge Ball participants. Forms are due today by the end of school. You will need your forms and the money you collected. Forms should be turned into Mr. Geyer in room 129. The tournament will be held at the Ephrata Senior High School on November 8th and 9th. --------------------------------

Ephrata Mini-THON would like to invite you and your family to “Pasta with a Purpose”!
On October 25th from 6-8pm, we will be hosting a spaghetti dinner in the high school cafeteria.
Pre order tickets will be available for $10. Tickets for children ages 5-12 only $5. Children under the age of 5 free.
