Ephrata High School is excited to host our first College Application Day tomorrow, October 22nd in the High School Media Center. This is a great opportunity for seniors to complete applications to any colleges with the assistance of high school counselors and admission representatives from 8 local colleges and universities. All 8 schools are offering FREE applications on that day as well. In addition to these colleges, a representative from PHEAA (Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency) will be here from 11am-1pm to help students create a FSA Id which is needed to complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).
Seniors can stop up at their convenience to complete applications throughout the day. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out to your counselor.

Conestoga Valley High School is hosting their Annual College Night NOVEMBER 4th from 6 to 8 PM. There will be over 200 colleges, trade and technical schools represented, as well as seminars on How to Choose a College and Financial Aid.

Chess Club will begin meeting this week in room 107 after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you have any interest in chess, whether to simply learn the fundamentals or maybe even compete on the chess team, please stop by and learn more about the club and team here at Ephrata.

Friday, football won big at home vs Pequea Valley 56-0. The lady Mounts volleyball team faced off against Hempfield, the number one seed from Section 1 in the LL tournament but couldn't pull off a win.

All students interested in participating in winter sports signups are underway on Schoology. Available sports are: bowling, swimming, rifle, winter track & field, basketball and wrestling.

Open gyms for any girls interested in playing basketball this season will begin tonight October 21 from 6-7:30 pm in the high school gym. Open gyms will continue every Monday and Wednesday evening until the start of the season. For more information, please see Coach Cerullo.

Ephrata Mini-THON would like to invite you and your family to “Pasta with a Purpose”!
On October 25th from 6-8pm, we will be hosting a spaghetti dinner in the high school cafeteria.
Pre order tickets will be available for $10. Tickets for children ages 5-12 only $5. Children under the age of 5 free.
