Voting for Student Council Reps should be happening right now! Your teacher should be passing those bad boys out as we speak.
Pass those ballots out! Rock the vote!
You can only pick your top 6. If you pick more than 6, your ballot will be thrown out so only choose 6.
Student council will be around to collect the ballots and hopefully have them counted by the end of the day.
So vote!!!!!

NEWS INTRO VIDEO

The first privately funded mission to the Moon has crashed on the lunar surface after the apparent failure of its main engine. The Israeli spacecraft - called Beresheet - attempted a soft touch down, but suffered technical problems on its descent to the Moon's surface. The aim of the mission was to take pictures and conduct experiments. Only government space agencies from the former Soviet Union, the US and China have achieved soft lunar landings. Israel hoped to become the fourth country to do this.
In other news,
Jet Airways appears to have suspended all its international flights, raising fresh fears about the survival of India's largest private airline. The airline, saddled with more than $1bn of debt, is seeking a financial lifeline to avoid collapse. The Indian government said steps were being taken to ensure passenger safety after flights were cancelled. Carriers in India must maintain a fleet of least 20 aircraft to continue to operate international services.
on this day in 1861 The American Civil War began
The bombardment of Fort Sumter near Charleston, South Carolina marked the beginning of hostilities. The conflict was sparked by deepening economic, social, and political differences between the southern and northern states, which were most palpably embodied by the dispute about the legitimacy of slavery. The southern (pro-slavery) states, surrendered in 1865, ending the war

today, baseball plays at Manheim twp, boys lacrosse is at Twin Valley, girls lacrosse is home vs Twin Valley, and softball is home vs Manheim Twp.
---------------------------
Beginning on Monday there will be some changes regarding the lounge/café/MTS, bench areas and anywhere outside of classrooms.
During the school day – no student failing any class may go to one of the areas previously mention locations. Students need to get a pass to these locations as they always have, but you – the student – will have to look up your grades and prove to the teacher that you are passing everything. Teachers will not look up your grades for you. Not passing all classes, no pass to a flexible area.
After school - the lounge/café/MTS, bench areas and anywhere outside of classrooms will be completely closed down and not students will be in any of these areas after 3:30. Also, students failing any class should not be in these areas after school at all and will need to prove they are passing all classes when asked by any adult in the building. If you are failing anything, you should be in the media center studying or in ACT. After 3:30 any student still in the building must be in a classroom with a teacher for extended ACT (if available), working out during open hours in the Wellness Center, in the media center on Tuesdays or Thursdays waiting for the activity bus, or waiting for a ride in the lobby/stairs area outside the main office. Or better yet already on your way home. The building is not an afterschool hang out and anyone there after 3:30 will have to leave.
