Due to weather conditions, the basketball game scheduled for Fri. against Crete was postponed. Luckily, the Discoverers were back on schedule for Sat. at home to play the Bennington Badgers. The final score was 71-51 giving the Discoverers their tenth loss.

Senior, Kade Nelson, led the team once again with 13 points. Following a few points behind him was Cole Wilcox with 8. Other scorers were Ean Luebbe, Blake Thompson, Ernest Hausmann, Landon Thompson, Blake Edzards, Brody Mickey, Sam Nelson and Garrett Esch.

The Discoverer boys will be back in action on Tues. Jan. 22 against the Grand Island Islanders for senior night. See you there!
