This swim season has brought many challenges for our swimmers. They have had to endure the cold temperature of the pool and swim their best. However, this is no obstacle for our swimmers; they have pulled through and are competing greatly.
On Dec.8, these fantastic swimmers had a tough loss. They have endured all hardships and have done their best competing. Two of the girls relays made it to state. This is great news for the swimmers since the heater broke and they have had to stop practicing in the water.
Julia Salerno and Emily Miksch are two of the girls on the team that have placed best and beaten their times. Coach Weihl says, ¨Practices are getting harder and the swimmers are being pushed to swim longer and faster. This will help them be ready for the upcoming meets.¨ Two of the guys who have also placed and improved their times are Konner Kudron and Jayven Krepel.
These swimmers have been competitive and have not let the cold water stop them. Go Swimmers!
