Inktober Results

In a previous article, I covered the basics of Inktober

Students at CHS have been completing their own amazing art pieces. I sat down with junior artist Abby Gerber and asked a few questions.

Since Inktober can follow prompt, most artists go by the original creator’s ideas. Even though she goes by these prompts, Abby Gerber says “I usually try and go for spooky cause it’s Halloween month.” On the other hand, junior Monserrat Huitron claims to “follow some specific prompts but I didn’t go by the annual, usual prompts.”

Thirty-one days in October means thirty-one days of Inktober masterpieces. Even though many choose to create something everyday, , junior Dawson Wurdeman says “I only do a few days.”

Look below to view some of the student artwork submitted by Dawson Wurdeman (photos 1-3), Maria Leon (photos 4-5), Abby Gerber (photo 6-7), and Monserrat (8-9).

My interests include cats, food, procrastination, and bad bios.
