Discoverers fall to the Patriots

The Discoverer boys played and lost a tough game against the Millard South Patriots last Friday, Oct. 5 finishing with a final score of 49-14. Despite the loss, some standouts at the game were:
Sophomore quarterback Cj Fleeman had a total of 52 passing yards during Friday’s game.
Junior, Joey Braasch had 9 carries with a total of 105 all purpose rushing yards. He also scored one of the Discoverers’ touchdowns at the annual Glow Gold game.
Sophomore, Garrett Esch also helped the team with 68 rushing yards, one touchdown and two PATs.
On the defensive side, sophomore, Mason Moore, junior, Christian Dyhrkopp and senior, Carson Zwingman led the team, each earning themselves three solo tackles.
