If you were here last year, you may have noticed that there are some new teachers in the building. You may have seen them walking down the hallways or even have them as a teacher. Whether or not you know or have an idea of them, you are about to right now!

Get to know our new teachers! Make sure to greet them with a warm smile and a welcoming hello to our school.

Mrs. Campbell:

Mrs. Campbell teaches Art Techniques, 3D Media, and Art Outreach. If she could be any kind of animal she would be a bird because she would love to explore the world and to conquer her fear of heights. She enjoys listening to music of the 80s.If she was given a million dollars, she would give some to her church's mission team in Canada, buy a convertible, and take her family traveling. Mrs.Campbell looks forward to make connections with students and see the creativity each one brings in class

Mrs. Deschaine:

Mrs. Deshaine teaches English 11, 3 sections of College Prep, 2 General English, and Newspaper. If she can be any kind of animal she would be a dolphin because they like having fun and live in warmer areas. Her favorite jam to listen to is ¨Its Going Down For Real¨ by Flo Rida, but she also likes Mumford and Sons. If she was given a million dollars, she would pay her mortgage off her house, pay bills, and take a 2 year trip with her husband . Mrs.Deshaine is excited to build good relationships with students and to communicate with them about English.

Mr. Hollister:

Mr. Hollister teaches English 9,10, and 11. If he can be any kind of animal he would be a dog. He believes they have a pretty good life. He doesn't really have a favorite song but he loves to listen to Sam Smith. If given a million dollars, he would pay debts and give to charity and family members. Mr.Hollister looks forward to working with students and staff members.

Ms. Licking:

Ms. Licking teaches Algebra 1, 2 and Basic Algebra 2. If she could  be any kind of animal she would be a dolphin because they get to swim and she loves to be in water. She loves to listen a song called ¨Hallelujah.¨ If she was given a million dollars, she’d pay off her student loan, then spend half on traveling and the other half by helping out others in need. Ms.Licking looks forward to get to know students and to be able to work hard to improve on what she knows.

Mr. Quinn:

Mr. Quinn teaches in the English Language Department. If he can be any kind of animal it would be a cat due to them having an easy life and the amount of sleep they have. His favorite song to listen to is ¨My Silver Lining¨ by First Aid Kit. If given a million dollars he would save half and spurge half of it. He is excited to be in columbus and to receive great experiences on teaching.

Ms. Soltys:

Ms. Soltys teaches Algebra 1, Geometry, and Basic Geometry. If she can be any kind of animal it would be a dog because they are very happy and they approach to people. She enjoys listening to the song ¨Up¨ by Shania Twain. If given a million dollars she would give the money to people in need of help. Ms.Soltys is excited to be able build up relationships with her students and to get them excited for math.

Mrs. Stadola:

Mrs. Stadola teaches 2D Art, Graphic Design, and Photography. If she can be any kind of animal she would be a jellyfish because they float around, they're pretty but yet lethal.  Her favorite song to listen to is ¨Yellow¨ by Coldplay. If given a million dollars, she would donate half to charity, pay debt, build a house for her family and to share with others. She is excited to meet all students and to build relationships with them.

Mr. Steele:

Mr. Steele teaches English 9, 10 and 11. If he can be any kind animal, he would be a wolf because they them running in packs. He loves music but if ask what his favorite song is, it would be ¨Everything Is Awesome.¨ If given a million dollars, he would pay all debt from college, buy a new house, new car, and help out family members. He is excited to learn more about his students and to evolve into a better teacher.
