After years of correspondence, BHS' AP World History partook in a video conference with renowned professor Dr. Peter Stearns from George Mason University. Not only is he the author of the students' AP book, but at 83, he continues to teach and publish his works! This was a great opportunity for students to ask historical questions and gain insights from a revered historian, while preparing for the AP exam. Students were thrilled to virtually meet Dr. Stearns, and he inspired the students to engage in higher-level thinking opportunities.
