This is part three of the super heroes of Northern School District Series. Northern's Polar Bear Foundation asked principals of every school in the district to nominate at least three people who are "superheroes" of their prospective schools. Just what it takes to be a superhero was left up to each individual principal's interpretation,  but the lists were impressive.

Northern Elementary principal, Joyce Cal, chose groups for her candidates, notably educators involved with implementing mindfulness in their classrooms, and teachers teaming together to help students learn math concepts. So in a sense, they are helping their students be super. Take a look...
