Attention Juniors and Seniors:
Prom Ticket Sales begin promptly at 2:45 this afternoon in room 116. Here are some tips to help make this process easier for you:
(1) You must be present to purchase a ticket. If you have an EHS guest, they must also be present at the time you purchase the tickets.
(2) For your non-EHS prom date, you’ll need a copy of their photo I.D. and the completed guest information form (blue),
(3) You will be assigned table seating according to the order in which you purchase your tickets, so BE ORGANIZED and purchase tickets at the same time as your friends, and finally. . .
(4) Clear your obligations!!
Oh, and don’t forget your money – it’s $60 per ticket—checks should be made payable to EASD with Class of 2019 in the memo line.

Yulia Skripal, daughter of the Russian ex-spy Sergei Skripal, was discharged from the Salisbury district hospital on Monday. She had been in the hospital for more than a month after an attempt on her life was made using a lethal gaseous nerve agent. Although Yulia’s treatment is not over, doctors say this point marks “a significant milestone” in her recovery. Her father is being said to recover more slowly, but they are both expected to recover fully.
On this day in history, The House of Wax opens in theaters in 1953. This movie is notable because not only was it the first horror movie filmed in color, but it was the first 3-D film using a stereoscopic camera. Movie goers had to use special glasses to watch the film, a completely new concept for the time.
Also on this day in 1970, Paul McCartney announced the breakup of the Beatles. RIP :(
