For anyone looking into getting a job in the tech related field, Google can help you out. The company has announced its new program through Coursera called “Google IT Support Professional Certificate”.

The program is designed for beginners, so no experience is needed with the course length to take between eight to 12 months to finish.

The average starting salary in the IT field is $52,000 USD, making this potentially a worthwhile investment if you were to finish the course. Google says it is a great way for the public who can’t afford college to get into the door of IT work.

After completing the lessons, interactive assignments, and certified Google will (with permission) share data with large companies, such as Sprint, PNC Bank, GE Digital, and many more, in hopes for job opportunities.

The course through Coursera cost $49 per month.
