Jam the Gym is just around the corner with many different acts to see! This event will begin at 2 pm and end at 5 pm on January 15. Admission $5 for adults and $4 students; you’ll get your money’s worth in the first ten-minutes and the rest of the day is free!

Dancers of Columbus look forward to Jam the Gym every year. The event serves primarily as a fundraiser for the Diamond Dancers, but also acts as a showcase for all the dance troupes around Columbus.

Those involved in the event include the CHS Cheerleaders and Diamond Dancers performing their respective state routines. They will also be hosting the “Little Gyms” camp, consisting of a short dance performed by kids and taught by the Diamonds. Other performances include various dance studios around Columbus including Barb’s School of Dance, iDance Project, and Lynette's studio. Special college dance teams will make an appearance as well and perform their competition dances. To wrap up the day there will be a Diamond Dancer special including a funny and energetic dance with boys involved in different sports and activities from our school.

The CHS Band Boosters are also hosting a Sundae Fundae Fundraiser from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm in the CHS Cafeteria! They will be serving sundaes at $5 a single cup and $10 all you can eat! There will be a variety of toppings to choose from! This is a great thing to enjoy while watching Jam the Gym.

With all that is going on, make sure to come and get a seat at Columbus on January 15; seats will fill up quickly as many people love to come and watch those that they know perform and support our school!
