A reminder to all students that the second semester begins on Tuesday, January 17th.  

You will not be receiving a paper copy of your 2nd semester schedule.  Instead, you should be sure to check it out through the PowerSchool portal asap.  You can do this by clicking on “My Schedule” from the menu on the left side of the home screen.  Then click on the “Matrix View” Tab which is located above your schedule.  The default is “week view” – which shows this week only.  Beginning January 16th, you will see your 2nd semester classes by default.

If you want to add a course in place of a study hall, check the open class listing which is available on the EHS Counseling webpage, and Schoology message your counselor with the name of the course and the period that you are switching with a study hall.

If you changed your mind and wish to drop a course, we need you to have your parent email your counselor with the requested change.

Attention students who bought a yearbook last year: The spring supplement will be available for pickup at lunches today. The spring supplement contains all the spring activities that aren't able to be in the main part of the book like the musical, spring sports, and graduation. It has an adhesive strip to attach it into your 2022 yearbook.

National Technology Day on January 6th recognizes how technology changes the world and looks to the future of technology. Each year, from the wheel to smartphones, the day honors technological achievements that impact our daily lives.

Attention Mountaineer staff! All articles were due at midnight on Wednesday and should now be submitted to the discussion post on Schoology. If you have issues, please see your page editor or editors in chief. Editors: Setup will take place on Monday and Tuesday after school. Attendance is mandatory unless you complete the page ahead of time.

Attention Ski & Snowboard Club:  Final payment is due for bus transportation.  Please bring $40 cash or write a check to EASD with Ski Club in the memo line.  Please get this turned in by Monday, January 9.  Another reminder – all paperwork needs to be completed and returned.  This includes the yellow Emergency Card, Club Rules, and Ski Club Application.  See Brimhall or Shortuse with questions.
