Homemade Enchilada Casserole

Do you have a family gathering to attend or do you just want to try a new dish? After you read this recipe you will never show up to a family gathering dishless.
Materials:
-
Frying pan
-
9x13 casserole dish
-
Spoon
-
Measuring cups
-
Pam (grease)
-
Bowl
Ingredients:
-
2 lb ground beef
-
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
-
1 medium onion (diced)
-
One 10 oz can of enchilada sauce
-
One 10 oz can cream of chicken soup
-
One 6 oz can Ro-Tel tomatoes w/ green chiles
-
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
-
3/4 cup milk
-
8 soft shell tacos
How to make the dish:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Brown ground beef with the onion in the frying pan on the stovetop

Add enchilada sauce, chili powder, salt, and pepper (to taste) to the pan

Heat the mixture thoroughly

Divide the meat mixture into the taco shells
-
Roll up the shells and place the seam down in the greased (Pam) 9x13 pan

Mix the cream of chicken soup, Ro-Tel tomatoes, cheese, and milk into a different bowl

Pour the sauce mixture over the tacos

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until warm on the inside

Let set for a few minutes to cool down

Enjoy!
Homemade enchiladas will leave you and your guests speechless. The smell is so good it will leave your mouth watering. You can put any toppings your heart desires in the shell or even in the sauce on top of the shell.
