If you are in 11th or 12th grade and interested in the arts (music/video industry), engineering, manufacturing, finance, or marketing, ROCK LITITZ has the most AWESOME event for you!!  Plan to attend this hand-on exploration activity where technology meets art at this live event industry day on April 28th.  Rock Lititz is a one-of-a-kind production community that supports innovative creativity within the live event industry. With resources ranging from design, engineering, and manufacturing through rehearsals, and beyond, Rock Lititz is a one-stop-shop to collaborate on any live experience.  This is a great activity to help you decide if any of the careers that support live events are for you.  Be sure to check out the link in Schoology and complete the online survey link ASAP if you are interested.

The LEGO Foundation has announced it is donating 600 LEGO kits to hospitals worldwide for miniature MRI Scanners—to help children cope with the intimidating process of having a Magnetic Resonance Imaging scan.

The 500-piece sets allow clinicians to help patients understand what the large and complex MRI machine is all about.

Since the first prototype was made, the radiology department team at Odense University Hospital has used the LEGO MRI Scanners as part of their playful learning approach to help over 200 children aged 4-9 annually.

There will be an informational meeting for all student-athletes that signed up for spring track and field on Tuesday, March 1st at 3:10pm in the high school gym. At this meeting we will discuss the necessary paperwork to complete, our season schedule, and week one practice details. If you cannot make the meeting or if you have any questions, please stop down and see Mr. White in room 120.
