Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady has officially announced his retirement from the NFL, saying Tuesday in an Instagram post that he is "not going to make that competitive commitment anymore." Brady, 44, widely considered the greatest quarterback in NFL history, won seven Lombardi trophies, the most championships won by a single player, along with five Super Bowl MVPs. Brady, who led the Bucs to a Super Bowl title last season and NFC South championship this season, has been adamant for weeks that he never wanted a "farewell season," sources told ESPN.

Attention Ski & Snowboard Club:  You must have forgotten to do your snow dances because it’s raining.  ☹  We will NOT be skiing today.  We will be rescheduling to Feb. 17 for our last Bear Creek trip.

The junior class will be selling valentines day candy grams at lunch all next week! You can make a bag of candy to send to that special someone or a special friend! You can mix and match and get 2 for $3 or 5 for $5. You can buy them on the spot at lunch or have them sent to their homeroom, which will be delivered on Monday, February 14th during homeroom! All proceeds go to the junior class of 2023!

Tuesday, boys basketball lost at Lampeter Strasburg, girls basketball won 39-23 vs Lampeter Strasburg. Jasmine Griffin led the team with 12 and Mallory Kline had 9 points.  rifle lost 585-587 at CV. Top shooters were

yesterday, bowling lost 2-5 vs E town. Tanner Murray had a 714 and Andrew Barnica had a 683 for the Mounts.

 

The Unified Sports Programs are designed to promote Physical activity, friendship, respect, and acceptance.

· On a Unified Track Team, students of all levels compete alongside one another.

· Each team member competes in one track event, one field event, and one relay.

· Competitors are divided into ability levels, so you are challenged, but have meaningful competitions.

· Through this experiences, people of all abilities build relationships and have fun while training, competing and having fun.

· The time commitment is approximately 1.5 hours, 2 evenings per week, beginning March 16th and running through the spring sports season.

· Varsity letters are awarded to those who participate for the entire season.

· There are no tryouts for this sport, but you will need a physical to participate.

· Sign-up in the athletic office beginning Monday Feb. 7th to become a part of this winning experience!
