This is a reminder to all 9th grade students- individual Freshmen Transition Meetings begin this morning; Monday, October 18th with Mrs. Kauffman’s meetings beginning on November 2nd. During this meeting you and your counselor will have an opportunity to discuss the successes and challenges related to your transition to EHS, grades, activities and career ideas. This conversation will help you build a supportive relationship with your counselor as you reach for your future goals at EHS and beyond. Meetings are 10 minutes each, and you will receive a pass on the morning of your meeting from your 1st period teacher. Don’t forget to touch base with your teacher on the day of your meeting in order to minimize class disruptions.

Friday, football lost vs Donegal 35-27. Sam McCracken had 3 TD's and 331 yards, 202 of those going to Jeremiah Knowles who also had 3 touchdown receptions. On Saturday, all 3 teams will continue in the L L playoffs. BOYS SOCCER won 4-0 against Lancaster Catholic. Simon Yoder led off with a goal at 20 minutes followed shortly after at the 32nd minute with a second off a header. Caleb Gaston and Mason Campbell also added goals for the win. Braedon Sorenson made a great save in the second half to preserve the shutout. Girls soccer dominated Annville Cleona 6-0. The girls managed to hold their opponents to a single shot on goal. Claire Schwartz started the scoring early in the 9th minute, follwed by Jorja Welsh with a 3 goal hat trick. Cara Teisi and Emily Weidner also chipped in goals for the Mounts. In field hockey, the Lady Mounts held pressure on offense the entire game in the 3-0 shutout with 13 corners and 17 shots on goal. Mallory Kline scored twice and Anna Commero scored once in the win.
