This is a reminder for students in grades 9 to login to your PowerSchool portal to enter course requests for next year.  Be sure to research all course options, checking out course descriptions and prerequisites for each course you are interested in , as well as consider pathway elective opportunities for next year.  The course selection portal closes for Freshmen on Sunday, February 28th at midnight.  Don’t delay, be sure to select courses for next year today!

In today's news El Chapo's wife has been arrested on drug charges, how ironic is that. It was said that she helped him with his drug empire and even helped him in one of his escapes from a maximum security prison. He escaped from Mexico's maximum-security Altiplano prison after his sons bought a property near the prison and a GPS watch smuggled into the prison gave diggers his exact location. He escaped by riding a specially adapted small motorcycle through the tunnel. Ms Coronel Aispuro is due to appear in a federal court in DC via video conference. "

yesterday, Girls Basketball lost a playoff game against E town 43-47. The girls had the lead going into the 4th quarter but couldn't hold on for the win. Jasmine Griffin had 16 points.

The Esports Team is having a Meeting on Thursday, February 25^th right after school in Mr. LoPicoclo’s room 213.  Anyone interested in Esports should come to the meeting.  The meeting will focus on joining Spring Tournaments in Rocket League, Overwatch, League of Legends, and Valorant.
