What is a teacher’s job? To just teach us word-for-word from the textbook? No, teachers’ jobs are to teach us the things we do not know. Not only do they teach us to remember what they teach, but also to understand it and then apply it to our own lives. The appreciation of our own teachers is very important, especially today since they still show up to help us succeed in times of crisis. Whatever you see in your life had the help of a teacher. Yes! Going to school for nine hours and listening to teachers is extremely important. Without teachers, the people saving the day right now - doctors, nurses, and all other essential workers - would not be. Because they were taught by teachers too.
Every subject we are taught in school is beneficial in life. Without our science teachers, we would not have people working day and night to try and find a cure and find a new way to keep people safe. Without art teachers, people wouldn’t have had a safe place to be creative. People all over the world are drawing rainbows and amazing signs to help encourage the workforce.
Without our designing teachers, people would not have had the knowledge and skills to build and design houses. Without designing teachers people would not have built amazing hospitals, that now hold people in places to keep them safe. Without are foreign language teachers, people would not have grown up with the skill to communicate and when the country finds a cure those people will help communicate with people all over the world. Without our English teachers we would not be able to have the skill to analyze what’s going on around us and be able to communicate with each other. Today, during this crisis, people are talking more to each other. All of our teachers just want us to do good, to succeed, and to help others. Our teachers choose to show up and educate us, educating us during a pandemic. I believe that they should be applauded more, especially now. Thanks to people like them, there are more people finding cures, coming up with solutions, and communicating. So thank you teachers for not giving up and helping us to shape our future. mbjbbjbjbjj
