We asked our audience to describe their reaction to the First Presidential Debate. These are some of the anonymous responses we received: 

“The moderator did nothing, but then again you should stay away from a dumpster fire.”

“I’m worried about what’s going to happen. Our world is so crazy right now.”

We asked about President Trump’s refusal to participate in a virtual debate, following his diagnosis with COVID-19. Here is what we heard: 

“I find it petty and ridiculous that the President refused to participate in a town hall style debate format with Joe Biden and I’m disappointed. Not surprised though, it’s a shame that the American government seems more like a reality TV show than an actual democracy.”
