GOAT

We always new she was good, but now it's official. Simone Biles' achievement came after winning  her 24th world championship gold medal at FIG Gymnastics World Championships in Stuttgart, Germany. Biles surpassed the record previously held by Vitaly Scherbo of Belarus and became the most-decorated gymnast, male or female, in world championship history.

Was it Murder? 

Imagine this!  A women was shot dead in her own apartment, through a window by a police officer in Texas. Police were responding to a call from a concerned neighbor when Atatiana Jefferson, 28, was shot through her bedroom window. The woman was playing video games with her eight-year-old nephew when the shooting occurred. 

The officer, Aaron Y. Dean, who is white, has been arrested and charged with murder.  The bottom line is that frustration across the US has reached a boiling point with  the shooting as yet another example of  a person of color killed by the police, this time in the safety of her own home.
