As much as we are sad to see the summer go -- yes, we'll miss the freedom and vacations and sleeping late,  we're excited to be back and to share the new school year with you. It's going to be a busy and exciting year.  Friendships, new teachers, homework, sports, and all those extracurricular activities will make for a busy  year.  Along with the excitement,  there are sure to be times of stress and anxiety, happiness and sadness and lots and lots and lots of change.
