Embark Women is a non-profit organization where women can help each other grow and accomplish things in their fields. It is full of mentors, inspirations, and people trying to help others reach their goals. 

Every month, Embark Women highlights an outstanding woman whose accomplished great things. The woman for February was Lara Eastburn. Ms. Eastburn has created many of her own companies throughout the years including a hula hoop company. As she made these companies, she realized that her marketing strategies were very impressive and now she is an ad expert. You can find her ads on Facebook and Instagram. Lara Eastburn shows that it helps to take a couple of risks and being dedicated to your work pays off.
