In East Juniata’s senior speech class, one of the newest projects was our holiday speeches. We had to find an “unorthodox” holiday and give an informative speech to the class ranging from 5-8 minutes and have a visual, whether it was a physical object, or a PowerPoint or video, and later answer any questions that the class may have had after the speech. Some speeches that students did were national peanut butter day, fishing, and even national croc day. They all turned out very well, with some of the students even bringing in food and pets.
