On Tuesday, October 30, East Juniata soccer played in their first district game of the year. They went into the game with high hopes and expecting to keep playing. Their opponent was Sullivan County. The first half did not start out so good with the score being 3-1, with Sullivan county winning. Carles Arrive scored the lone East Juniata goal. For Sullivan County, #10 scored all three goals. After halftime, EJ came out strong, constantly pushing the ball in the offensive half. With all the pressure, Carles Arrive scored two more goals making it 3-3. With about fifteen minutes left Sullivan County’s #10 scored his fourth goal. East Juniata tried to fight back, but could not get any good shots at the goal.
