On October 16, the East Juniata girls’ soccer team had a double header, where they played Millersburg and Southern Columbia.  In the first game, the Lady Tigers played Millersburg, who they had beaten earlier this season, winning by a score of 4-0.  Later that evening, East Juniata played a higher ranked Southern Columbia, giving them their first real challenge this season.  A goal from Hailey Swartz late in the first half sealed the win for EJ.  This was a huge win for the girls!  After the double header, this allowed the tigers to keep their winning streak, and kept the train going with a 17-0 record.  The tigers have one more league game before travelling to Upper Dauphin to play Susquenita in the TVAA championship.  Hopefully they can end their week with a 19-0 record!  Good luck girls!!  Keep the train rolling!
