As many already know, East Juniata High School and Juniata High School combined their bands this year for football games. As the season nears it’s end, I, being a member of the combined marching band, have reflected on the past few months of this adventure. At first when I found out East Juniata would be joining Juniata for football games, I was skeptical. I wasn’t sure how band camp would work, if everyone would get along, or how we would get together to practice. Through I was a little skeptical, I was so excited to become a part of a huge band. I believe this year was super succesful for the combined band. We have evolved into one big family of 111 and I will miss our Friday nights together. Our field show this year is amazing thanks to both Mr. Milliken and Mr. Eargle. I love everyone in the band and I can’t wait to see what lies in our future.
