Every year on or prior to November 11th, East Juniata has an annual Veterans' Day Ceremony. Due to the poor, rainy weather we had to squeeze into the gymnasium today. Our vice principal, Mrs. Varner, read the proclamation and sophomore, Alexis Brickley had some words of her own. The high school band did an excellent job playing The National Anthem which was followed by a traditional three gun salute.  We welcomed our veterans into the school and served them breakfast. Thank you to all veterans, you are my definition of hero.
