The National Postal Service just issued a series of "scratch and sniff" stamps that make the idea of sending a letter fun! The “Frozen Treats Forever” stamps feature all kinds off ice cream treats. The mail service says using these stamps will “add the sweet scent of summer to letters of love, friendship, party invitations, and other mailings.”
