Eggloo is a specialty dessert shop that has two locations in lower Manhattan. The shop specializes in traditional desserts with an Asian twist using unique fresh, new, and exotic ingredients to create delicious sweet treats! 

The specialty of the house is a Hong Kong egg waffle called Gai Dan Jai, which translates to "little eggs" in Chinese. Unlike a traditional waffle, Hong Kong egg waffles use a sweet egg based batter that makes the outside super crispy and the inside soft and cake like. You have never had a waffle cone quite like the ones at Eggloo!
