What a great story it would be if you could say that Jay-Z was helped you pay for college? Jay-Z's Shawn Carter Foundation is accepting applications from students in high school and college, including trade school, until April 30. Jay-Z's mom, Gloria Carter, is the co-founder and the organization's goal is to providie scholarships for “individuals facing socio-economic hardships further their education at post secondary institutions.”
