Snapchat is adding more changes in order to stay relevant in light of competition from Facebook and Instagram. Snap’s latest effort will make its "flagship stories" available across the web. Snapchat users and even people who don’t have accounts on the mobile app will be able view users' photos and videos by adding a new share option to Story tiles in its Discover section. Users will then be able to share a link via text or email outside of the main Snapchat app. Snap is launching a desktop web viewer accessible over at Snapchat.com.
