On December 1st, Juniors at East Juniata High School went to The Forum Auditorium in Strawberry Square to watch plays that they read in their English classes in the last two years. They watched “The Raven,” “The Tell Tale Heart,” “The Monkey’s Paw,” “The Necklace,” “The Jumping Frog of Calaveras County” and “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow.” The plays were well done and brought the stories very much to life.
When everyone walked into The Forum, they were taken back by the beautiful designs in the walls and ceiling. The walls were covered with figures of the Gods and Goddesses and the ceiling had zodiac signs with clocks done in very intricate detail. Everyone loved the theatre and were taking pictures of it up until the plays started.
