This spring, East Juniata High School is going to perform their spring musical, Annie! Annie is a musical about a young orphan living in New York City in 1938. Annie is a unique and mischievous little girl who longs to find her parents. She enjoys bugging Mrs. Hannigan ( Sarah Irvin) by constantly running away from the orphanage. Annie will be played by East Juniata’s finest, Lilly Maneval. Annie is surprised when Grace Farrell ( Emilie Gerig) tells Annie that she will be spending Christmas with the billionaire Oliver Warbucks ( Nicholas Pilot). The rest of the play will be filled with laughs and lots of love. With the help of Ej’s shop teacher, Jeremy Roush and Tina Kerstetter, the art teacher, we will create a unique and impressive set.
