The East Juniata high school band held their Christmas band concert on December 16th, 2017. The concert consisted of three parts; the marching band bandarama, the junior high concert band, and the senior high marching band. The East Juniata Tiger Marching Band kicked off the night playing tunes from their field shows, and while in the stands. During the concert the band moved around the auditorium to give the audience a better experience of the show.

After the Marching Band did their performance, the Junior High Concert Band played for the audience. They did wonderful for the huge size they are. I am sure all of their hard work paid off. Afterwards the Senior High Concert Band played. The same band that plays in the marching band. They didn't have a lot of time to work on their music, because they had to spend a lot of time on their parade music and field show music. But even with limited time they did absolutely wonderful.

The jazz band at East Juniata High School is amazing as they presented another concert to the entire school. They did another Christmas concert right before we got off for christmas break. There were a bunch of amazing players up on stage for everyone to watch. It was such a relaxing day to listen to great and exciting christmas music before we got off for break. Their hard work had paid off and they seemed like they had been rehearsing for their whole lives. They even had some entertainment when a couple people “battled” with their percussion instruments up in front of the stage.  Their huge size and incredible amount of talent made it so great to watch and be able to listen before we got to go to Christmas break.
