Cooking with Bugs: Chocolate Mousse with Crickets

Welcome to a dessert edition of "Cooking with Bugs. Bet you never thought that chocolate would go make sense with crickets, but it does! Chef Joseph Yoon cooks up some amazing locust mozzarella wontons and we are sure these would get gobbled up at your holiday feast. Remember, insects can be delicious when prepared the right way and they are also the food group of the future!
