Several students will be attending districts after being selected to attend. The students had to audition with a piece of music for the director who selected the people who he thought would be good to represent our school. There will be eight students attending district chorus where they will have to audition to advance on to the next round. The students going are Kylie Elsasser, Emma Seaman,Sarah Irvin, Paige Smith, Emilie Gerig,Clay Leitzel, Sam Karper, and Nick Pillot. They will be practicing and performing on January 25- 27at the Bald Eagle Area High School. Also, there will be seven students attending district band. Those students are Kylie Elsasser, Paige Smith, Sierra Gearhart, Sarah Irvin, Zach Leitzel, Robbert Ferry, and Sam Karper. They will all be auditioning again to try and advance on and they will be practicing and performing on January 11-13at the Clearfield Area High School. Later on some of the students will be auditioning for district jazz and orchestra. Good luck to everybody!
