East Juniata High School is updating every year. And personally, I think this year is amazing and has so many opportunities for our students. We have several more sports and a lot more clubs now. A lot of these clubs are even ran by students, which is amazing.

I'm a part of two clubs for the school this year, one of which being the Health and Wellness Club. The two teachers in charge of this club are Mrs. Lightner and Mrs. Graybill. The club is here to spread the word, support, and donate to the American Heart Association. We put posters throughout the school to inform students on how they can help and to encourage them to join! So far, we've only done one little event, which was collecting donations and selling t-shirts at a boys’ home soccer game.

I'm really excited to meet people from the association and help with other events to raise money for those in need. It's a really fun club and program to help with, and we have snacks! Who wouldn't want to relax, have a little something to eat, and help people all at the same time?
