Homecoming is a special time in the school year, because it is the time of the year where we get to celebrate our school, its alumni, sports, and spirit. The Wellsboro homecoming dance was set up beautifully. This year’s theme was Pixar. When you walked in the door people had their pictures taken. They had a great DJ! A lot of people danced and socialized even people who you wouldn’t take to be a dance kind of person were there and having fun and enjoying themselves. Even some of the teachers seemed to be enjoying themselves at the high school dance. Maybe people took friends and some took their girlfriend/boyfriend. They played a variety of music from country to hip hop to the "Cupid Shuffle." The homecoming king and queen were David Strainere and Makanna Johnson. David couldn't make it to the dance, so Max Reifer filled in for him and walked Makanna down the stairs. The homecoming dance was amazing!
