North Korea Pushes Nuclear Limits

Nothing makes you want to not read the news more than all of the scary missile info coming from the Korean peninsula. The North tested a nuclear bomb underground on Sunday. Reports suggest there is preparation for new test missile launches thought to be about three times the size of the bomb that destroyed Hiroshima in 1945.

The U.S. has doubled down on it's demands that the UN take action on the continued nuclear tests that Kim Jong-un and North Korea have undertaken. 

"The time has come to exhaust all diplomatic means before it is too late," US envoy Nikki Haley told an emergency meeting of the United Nations security council in New York.

Trump wants Dreamers Gone

President Trump is a bit closer to making one of his campaign promises a reality by announcing that he is seeking to discontinue the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, or DACA. This Obama-era program shields young undocumented immigrants from deportation and political leaders from both sides of the aisle have implored Trump to reconsider. The President is attempting to pass the ball to the House giving Congress six months to come up with a potential replacement for the popular initiative.

Baby Makes Three

Prince George is going to be a big brother to another little royal. His mum and dad, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, have just announced that they are expecting baby number 3. It looks like another tough pregnancy for Kate, though. As with her previous two pregnancies, the Duchess, 35, is suffering from severe morning sickness.
