Spicey's Gone
It’s hard to think of the last time a press secretary had become one of the trademark faces of American government. Television ratings have proved Sean Spicer to be one of the most recognizable figures of the Trump administration.
Former White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer declared his decision to step down on July 21st. His resignation came after the White House’s announcement of a new Communication Director, Anthony Scaramucci. Scaramucci is a Wall Street player and former fundraiser for the Obama administration before changing his allegiance due to Obama’s general attitude towards Wall Street. According to inside sources, appointing Scaramucci to the position was what pushed Spicer over the edge. Spicer, among other White House officials, despised the idea of Mr. Scaramucci serving that role in the administration. Since the exit of Mike Dubke in May, Spicer had been picking up the slack as acting the communications director.
During Spicer’s six-month reign as Press Secretary, he seemed to catapult anybody that interacted with him into the luminous national spotlight. America Urban Radio Networks' correspondent April D. Ryan rose to fame overnight following her dispute with Spicer during a briefing.
The good news is if President Trump ends up missing Spicer, he can always hire Melissa McCarthy.

World Series of Poker
If you’re studying accounting somewhere, you may want to pick up online poker as a side hobby. A 25-year-old New Jersey native, Scott Blumstein, claimed the title of World Poker Champion at Las Vegas’ World Series of Poker.
Blumstein has a degree in accounting. Instead of putting it to use at a random accounting firm, he’s devoted his mathematical expertise to professional online poker.
Blumstein outlasted his 120,994 tournament peers to take home the grand prize. When it got down to the final nine competitors, the accounting wiz was guaranteed at least $1 million in earnings. Rather than being content with $1 million, Blumstein pushed himself to beat out his remaining competition. Professional players from France, England, Argentina and his native United States all stood in the way of his title.
After pulling out the victory, Blumstein was awarded with $8 million in total prizes. Besides his material winnings, he earned title of World Poker Champion, instantly giving him bragging rights over his future online competition.
