Fall Fashions

For most people fall means putting away your intricate summer clothing and pulling out your puffy winter clothing that just makes you want to go, "UGGH!" There are ways to make it more enjoyable, and there are ways you can make your winter clothing look much more appealing to the eye! So this month, I introduce to you FALL FASHIONS!

 

Fall clothing typically is not white by most people’s standards anyway. People are always telling me,  "NO WHITE AFTER LABOR DAY!" But you know what I say to that? "I WEAR WHAT I WANT WHEN I WANT!" Besides, sometimes it’s nice to go against the flow. But, there are certain colors, patterns, and designs that just scream FALL!

 

" Plaid- I know what you’re thinking… And the answer is, "Yes, plaid!"  Yes, you could wear plaid all year-round. But plaid in colors such as red, orange, yellow, black, green are typically more suitable for fall. But for goodness sakes, DON’T put them ALL together!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

" Leather jackets- Leather works great for fall because it keeps you warm and cool. There are several types of leather jackets to choose from: We have the classic which is kind of plain looking. (Imagine a leather jacket which has no buttons and special designs.) We have the bomber which is a jacket that can hold a lot and is a go-to for any wardrobe. We have the moto which sounds exactly like it is… (A motorcycle jacket) The flight jacket which is very roomy, and then we have the Aviator which is just as adventurous as it sounds. Of course there are many many more than just these to choose from.

" BOOTS! There are many styles to choose from with boots too, lace-ups, high rise boots, low rise boots, etc. But whatever boots you choose, you’re sure to enjoy that cozy feeling you get with them.

" Dark wash jeans- I don’t know what it is about them, but it just speaks fall to me.

" Lace up t's- Have really been getting a BIG leap in recent weeks and since it was probably too warm to wear these in the summer, I expect many people to be getting in on this trend soon…

" Chokers: Have been around for a LONG time. My grandma says she has had this one that I borrow ALL the time since the 70s. But then again, she’s older and she probably doesn’t remember her dates that wel That said, THERE BACK and I’ve been seeing people wear them more and more! The funny thing is I’ve been wearing chokers since before they came back again and now I feel like people are coping me! Anybody else? Anyways they come in a variety of designs…. They have intricate ones with jewels, plain ones with felt, and classic loop ones that they wore in the 90's!

 

 

 

 

 

Fall is one of the most beautiful times of the year, but no matter what you wear it’ll always be you, and YOU is beautiful!
