Prom is one of the most important nights that  high school seniors look forward to. According to seventeen these are the do's and don'ts. 

Do's : 

Wear comfy shoes, You don't have to wear 5 inch stilettos the shoes can both be fashionable and cute. 

Bring touch- up make up such as lipstick and powder to touch up through  the night.

Do buy your dress in advance so the stress does not accumulate as prom approaches. 

Don'ts :

Don't show too much skin. everyones at prom your peers and teachers make sure the dress is not scandalous and you don want to be pulling it down all night especially while dancing.

Don't overdue it stick to one or two trends that work for you. 

lastly, 

Don't try anything new the day before. This includes tanning, facials, haircuts, or colors , anything that is permanent or could cause a reaction on your skin. DO a trial run 3 days before to see if something goes wrong.
