While we all love decorating Easter eggs and eating peeps, the Easter holiday has a meaningful significance for Catholics around the world. The holiday is the celebration of Jesus Christ's resurrection from the dead. Easter Sunday marks the end of Holy Week, the end of Lent, and the last day of the Easter Triduum (Holy Thursday, Good Friday and Easter Sunday).
